ABOUT AMARELA

Amarela  was forged from the forces of passion and precision that guided  her upbringing in  Senegal, West Africa.  As a child, Amarela was exposed to the raw materials of Africa; gemstones, wooden beads and metal ores. She found inspiration from such fashion standards such as Coco Chanel, Karl lagarfield, Cartier, and Yves Saint Laurent. She began designing jewelry using local materials and artistic themes. Today,  Amarela’s Brand is becoming a refinement of  intrinsic African patterns, placed in classical Western settings.

Her mastery of hand tools later connected to her love of natural semi-precious stones, igniting the creation of original and intricate jewelry designs. As she began to experiment with the art form, one intricate creation led to another.
